Ranger Bowie Pakkawood, Satin a massive, universal knife with a fixed blade of the Spanish Company Muela, made of MoVa molybdenum-vanadium steel. Robust, durable can withstand any task, it works well during survival trips or outside the city.
X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) - molybdenum-vanadium high carbon martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of 56-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel was enriched by doping 15.0% Chromium, 0.80% Molybdenum, 0.20% Vanadium.
Blade - Bowie type, 3.7 mm thickness. The blade is covered by a non-reflective Satin Finish (semi-matt) coating that eliminates glares. Smooth blade (Plain) was made with concave cut (Hollow Grind) providing good cutting properties. At the base of the blade, a brass, one-sided handguard prevents the hand from slipping on the blade.
Handle - covered with natural wood cladding pakka (laminate) in brown color, finished with a brass head. Profiled cutouts provide a secure grip. The knife fits very well in your hand, does not slip, it can be easily operated in all conditions.
Sheath - hand-stitched, made of top quality brown cowhide with embossed manufacturer's logo. The edges of the case are stitched with decorative thread. Fastened with a Prym type snap. The belt attachment allows the knife to be carried in an upright position.
