Steel

Black Damascus - Blackened stainless damascus steel blade with a unique pattern. A blade consisting of two different types of steel, forged and assembled together in different ways to produce this amazing pattern. It is characterized by high hardness in the range of 59-61 HRC.

Blade

Tanto type, finished with Black Hand Rubbed method masking minor scratches. Elongated tang extends the length of the cutting edge in relation to the length of the blade converging towards a needle sharp tip. Thickness of blade provides high strength while high, flat grind guarantees excellent cutting properties. Ceramic ball bearings provide smooth and seamless operation of the blade ejection mechanism. The flipper blade has been slimmed so that it does not stick out sharply above the line of the handle. After opening it creates a mini-guard preventing from slipping of the hand on the blade. On the back of the upper jimping blade, notched thumb rest. Liner-Lock mechanism.

Handle

Black micarta (compressed canvas with synthetic resin) facings, textured for better grip, screwed to steel knife frame. In the backspacer with characteristic lanyard hole. Backspacer made of black G10 plastic. Simple, solid construction gives assurance of many years of use. Pivot axis is decorated with stylized logo of Civivi brand. Two-position (left/right) metal deep carry clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in your pocket in tip-up position.

Carrying case

The knife is packaged in a zippered nylon soft pouch with the brand logo for safe carrying and storage of the folder.
