The MKT Praetorian Genesis T Tanto Bead Blasted/Gray Titanium ''Rainbow Birds of Paradise'', Black PVD is just such an elite knife. CPM S45VN - corrosion resistant, mechanical stress resistant American CPM S45VN powder steel with added carbon, chromium and vanadium with a hardness of 58-59 HRC which is a developmental version of the well-known and popular S30V steel. This unique steel is designed for the production of high-grade blades and knives, manufactured at Crucible Inc. steel mills.

The blade of the Praetorian Genesis T Tanto Bead Blasted/Gray Titanium ''Rainbow Birds of Paradise'' has been coated with black PVD coating, the concave grinds give excellent cutting properties combined with high strength. The striking embossing increases the strength, using them to open the knife. For increased insensitivity to contamination, phosphor bronze washer was used, making the pivot axis more resistant to field work. A powerful titanium frame lock bar secures the knife from folding, unfolded and secured the knife is as solid as an armored cash register.

Handle made of titanium was finished with Bead Blasted method and then coated with gray PvD coating. The knife was personalized (custom) by adding striking graphics named "Rainbow Birds of Paradise'' by the company. All Praetorian variants are equipped with a D2 hardened steel backspacer, coated with NP3 which is also a glass breaker. MKT has thoroughly tested these backspacers and found that they are completely reliable and 100% functional. No tricks. There will be no other variants of this backspacer, in a different material or shape, as it is meant to save lives in an emergency, not for decoration. Wear hand and arm protection when testing, as excessive impact force will ALWAYS cause cuts! The whole thing is completed with a solid, clip, also made of titanium, of course. Pivot and clip covered with black PVD coating.

Comes with a Peli-type waterproof case for storing and carrying the knife.
