EXO-M Tanto Gravity OTF Bead Blast Titanium / Burl Linen Micarta, Satin an intuitively opening, ingenious EXO-M folding knife (Medium) from the legendary Reate Knives manufactory, a display of engineering in design. Gravity OTF (Out The Front) Blade extends from the front thanks to the force of gravity. Modelled on the design of the Luftwaffe gravity air knife, commonly referred to as the knife of German paratroopers. Elmax - considered the "best all-round knife steel" a modern alloy steel with a high content of 17.30% (Cr), carbon 1.70% (C), vanadium 3.00% (V), molybdenum 1.00% (Mo), silicon 0.80% (Si). Hardened to 57-62 HRC. Produced using a powder metallurgy method that involves mixing finely powdered materials, pressing to the desired shape and then heating to sinter or bind the material. It is characterised by extreme edge holding, high wear and corrosion resistance and dimensional stability. Manufactured at the Böhler-Uddeholm steelworks in Austria.

Blade - machine ground TE (Tanto Edge) type. Finished with an elegant satin finish. The backbone extends the length of the cutting edge in relation to the length of the slim blade, converging towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the blade provides high strength while the high, flat grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Mechanical locking by snapping a section of the Handle onto the oval locking pin.

Handle - CNC-milled titanium Exoskeleton, external skeleton with movable top section responsible for opening and closing the knife. The chamfered edges of the sheaths eliminate sharp edges and the perfectly matched inlays of black and green burl linen micarta add an exclusive touch and improve grip security. On the right side, an artful sliding lock slider for extending/retracting the blade. Once it has been moved to the secure "lock" position, the knife will not be opened/closed by accident. The single-position titanium (right) deep-carry clip allows the knife to be carried discreetly in the pocket in the tip-down position (blade tip down).
