CPM 20CV - one of the best tool steels, American premium martensitic stainless steel. Produced by US Crucible Industries using the particle metallurgy / Crucible® Particle Metallurgy (CPM) method. The CPM process creates a very homogeneous, high-quality steel with excellent dimensional stability, grindability and ductility compared to steels produced by conventional methods. Designed to provide better wear resistance while maintaining corrosion resistance at the highest level. This super steel is comparable to Bohler's M390 steel or Carpenter's CTS-204P. According to some knife manufacturers, 20CV is the best of these three steels in terms of edge retention. It consists of 19.0% carbon (C), 20.0% chromium (Cr), 4.0% vanadium (V), 1.0% molybdenum (Mo) and 0.6% tungsten (W). The high percentage of chromium with a touch of molybdenum makes 20CV one of the best high-end corrosion-resistant steels.

Blade - wide Drop Point type blade, finished by hand with an elegant Satin method. It opens with a flipper flipper so it can be easily used by right and left-handed people. Ceramic ball bearings are responsible for the smooth operation of the opening mechanism. A mixed grind is used here, in the rear part there is a high, concave grind for cutting and precision work, the so-called Hollow Ground Primary Bevel. In the front part, we have a high, flat ground to reinforce the Flat Ground tip. To improve piercing capabilities, an unsharpened false blade is brought out in the upper part. On the back we find a perfectly made "jimping", notches on which we can put a finger, thus improving the grip and control of the knife during use. The whole thing is locked with a proven and popular frame lock with a steel insert that prevents wiping of the lock face.

Handle - is thick pieces of 6AL4V titanium, beautifully milled with the help of CNC machine tools. Holes that add visual lightness have been anodized blue. Only a few companies are able to make the Handle with such incredible accuracy! The titanium backspacer to which the grips are attached guarantees the rigidity and strength of the entire structure. The simplicity and solidity of the construction give the assurance of many years of use. The single-position clip (right), made of titanium, allows you to carry the knife in tip-up position. The pivot is made of flame-dyed titanium and decorated with a blue rim (pivot collar cap). In the protruding part of the backspacer you will find a place to thread a safety or decorative cord.

Case - included zippered soft nylon case with the manufacturer's logo for safe storage and transportation of the folder.
