Spyderco Military Model G-10 Black PlainEdge Knife (C36GPE)

Military Model G10 Black is one of the most recognizable Spyderco knives. Designed for intensive use in extreme conditions. The massive handle allows the use of a knife with gloves and also easier the work of people with large hands. Reinforced fully dismountable construction combined with torx screws makes it easy to clean and adjust the folder. Produced at the Spyderco factory in the USA (Golden, Colorado).

Handle - covered with non-slip textured pads made of G-10 (durable, resistant to high and low temperatures, chemicals). The folder has been equipped with a torx bolt, one-position clip that allows carrying the knife in the tip-down position (tip to the bottom). In the back of the grip, an enlarged hole (lanyard hole) to pull the leash or safety rope.

Blade - laser cut with a modified Clip Point profile, 3.7 mm thickness. Made of American stainless steel CPM S30V easy to sharpen, for a long time maintaining sharpness. The blade is hardened in the 58-59 HRC range. Smooth blade (Plain type) was made with a Full Flat Grind increasing the cutting properties and reducing the weight of the knife. An enlarged 14 mm round SpyderHole (Spyderco patent) allows you to open the knife also in the glove. A notched thumb ramp and Finger Choil (profiled undercut finger between the handle and the cutting edge) increase control over the knife. Improved Liner-Lock blade lock.
