Delica 4 FRN British Racing Green ZDP-189 Plain is the model with the best cutting properties from Delica knives. Blade made of Japanese powdered steel ZDP-189, resistant to transverse loads, which perfectly keeps sharp and used in the production of the highest quality knives. The fourth generation of the legendary Delica knives is a reinforced fully dismantling skeleton construction combined with torx screws (facilitates cleaning, adjusting the folder) and 4-way clip positions. Thanks to improved ergonomics and design, the knives have gained stiffness, functionality and aesthetics.   
In 1990, Spyderco introduced two models of knives: Endura and Delica, creating the demand for light folders that open with one hand at an affordable price. These products have become bestsellers. Due to their small dimensions and low weight, they are an excellent offer as EDC daily use knives.

Blade - with a Clip Point profile, thickness 2.5 mm, made of Japanese stainless steel powdered ZDP-189 with a hardness of 64 HRC. This phenomenal steel produced in Hitachi steelworks contains 3% carbon and 20% chromium. Resistant to dynamic lateral loads, it perfectly maintains sharpness. Smooth blade (Plain type) plain was made with a Full Flat Grind. This cut has reduced the weight of the knife and improved cutting properties. On the ridge's back, the ribbed ramp under the thumb. SpyderHole (Spyderco patent) allows you to open the knife with your thumb. Blade lock (Back-Lock) with additional protection against accidental release of the lock during a strong grip (notch in the blockade) of David Boye's project.  

Handle - in classic color - British Racing Green, covered with non-slip textured Bi-Directional Texturing reinforces the grip even with wet hands. Made of plastic FRN (Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon), fiberglass reinforced nylon. The folder is equipped with a solid metal screw-on clip with the possibility of fixing in four planes (up / down, right / left). 4-way clip positions. Notching the notch on the Spine Jimping handle increases comfort and grip. In the back of the handle there is a gap for the cable.  

Skeleton - a knife reinforced with two steel plates with holes cut into which cladding was attached. This ensures high durability with a low knife weight. The whole was screwed by torx screws. The phosphor bronze pads make it easier to open and close the penknife.
