Byrd Cara Cara 2 G-10 Black, Plain inspired by the iconic Endura knife inexpensive second-generation Spyderco folder. Thanks to its small dimensions, it is an excellent choice for an EDC knife. Along with the improvement of production processes and the availability of materials, Byrd folders, like Spyderco knives, are subject to the principle of C.Q.I. Blade - with the Drop Point profile, ensures perfect cutting edge geometry at low friction. Made of good sharpness, easy to sharpen 8Cr13MoV stainless steel (equivalent to Japanese AUS-8 steel). The notched fragment of the blade's back, the ramp - positions the thumb and gives a solid support, and the arcuate undercut of the index finger between the handle and the cutting edge (finger choil jimping) facilitates folder handling.
