Italian Classic Stiletto White Pearl Bayonet 23 cm, a traditional Italian automatic knife that must be opened within a few hundredths of a second, is the hallmark of the classic Italian Stiletto spring knives by Frank Beltrame. Made by hand according to the principles of Italian craftsmanship, the knives from the legendary manufactory have become world-famous for their extraordinary lightness combined with a robust construction that guarantees great durability. Thanks to its properties, the Italian dagger will prove itself as a tool in almost every situation requiring the use of a knife.
Blade - extremely sharp, precise 3.05 mm blade with Bayonet profile (bayonet) with a false blade. Made of easy to sharpen, extremely corrosion resistant AISI 420 MA5M stainless steel. Hardened to 56 HRC which is a reasonable compromise between blade retention length and ease of sharpening. Plain blade with Flat grind for good cutting and penetration properties.
Handle - covered with imitation mother of pearl, rivets made of brass. Handle facings finished with bolsters made of polished nickel, provide comfortable, secure grip, one of the bolsters serves as a blade lock release. An additional protection is the lock of the opening mechanism which prevents accidental opening of the knife. Safety of use is increased by the ergonomic shape of the handle which prevents the user from slipping the hand on the blade. The knife is opened with a solid button placed in the middle of the handle.
Spring - special attention has been given to the design of the spring made of stainless steel, assembled and assembled by hand by Frank Beltrame himself. Thanks to the strong spring, opening the knife takes a fraction of a second. The Beltrame folder makes a distinctive sound (click) when opening the blade that distinguishes it from other automatic knives.
