H-2 - an improved austenitic stainless knife steel that is the successor to H-1, produced by Japanese steel foundry Myodo Foundry. The high-chromium, low-carbon (rolled without heat treatment) stainless steel contains 13.73% chromium, 0.09% carbon, 0.17% copper and 0.06% nitrogen. The knife can stay in fresh water as well as sea water, and will not rust even when left wet after use. The result was achieved by adding chromium and nickel to the steel, and replacing some of the carbon with nitrogen. All the internal parts of the steel have undergone special treatment, making them resistant to rust and salt.
Blade - with a Clip Point profile, 2.5 mm thickness. The blade is covered with a scratch-resistant, matte non-reflective TICN (Non-Reflective Titanium Carbonitride) in black. Smooth blade (Plain type) was made with a concave cut (Hollow Grind) for effective and deep cuts. An enlarged 14 mm round cut in the SpyderHole blade (Spyderco patent) increased the hump of the thumb support (notched ramp) and enabled the knife to be opened with wet hands and a glove. Solid blockade (Back-Lock type) with additional Boye Detent cut-out, preventing accidental release of the lock with a strong grip of the knife.

Handle - full-size black covers, identical to those in Delica 4. Made of FRN (Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon), fiberglass-reinforced nylon, bi-directional texturing for bi-directional textiles and excellent grip with gloves and greasy or moist hands . Solid titanium clip with the possibility of mounting in four planes (up / down, right / left) 4-way clip positions. Notching the notch on the Spine Jimping handle increases comfort and grip.
