B41 Green Micarta, a bushcraft knife from Italian manufactory LionSteel. The goal was to create a handy but reliable lightweight knife for all outdoor work. Perfectly balanced, versatile with a full tang construction with a Sleipner steel blade, it provides tremendous cutting power. Aimed at bushcraft, survival and hunting enthusiasts.
Design by Molletta, designed by well-known, respected Italian designer with many years of experience. Michele Pensato (a.k.a. Molletta), is distinguished by a new approach to the use of materials and experiments in the application of heat treatment and the use of advanced software in the design of knives.
Sleipner - a chrome-molybdenum-vanadium, high-alloy universal tool steel with high wear and chipping resistance. Achieves high hardness of 60-62 HRC. Manufactured in Uddeholm steelworks in Sweden.
Blade - extremely sharp with Drop Point profile, ideal for all kinds of work in wood. Covered with Stone Washed finish masking minor scratches. Smooth Plain blade has been flat ground, high grind guarantees excellent cutting properties. Enlarged protrusion acts as a hilt protecting the hand from slipping on the blade.
Handle - milled, waterproof facings with non-slip texture of Green Micarta. Provides excellent grip and secure hold even with wet hands. The flat stock with lanyard hole, a hole for rope, is helpful in lighting a fire with a flint, it can also be used as a hammer.
Scabbard - extended, protects the blade along with part of the handle. Hand sewn, made of natural brown leather with embossed manufacturer's logo. The edges of the holster are sewn with decorative thread. The holster is fastened with a Prym clasp. Belt attachment allows you to carry the knife in an upright position.
