The M4 Walnut, an all-purpose knife by the Italian manufactory LionSteel, suitable for a field trip. Due to its size and low weight, it is extremely handy and easy to carry, without losing the characteristics of a full-size bushcraft knife. Outdoor knife of full tang construction with a head of powder M390 steel, aimed at enthusiasts of survival, hunting and lovers of any outdoor activity.
Design by Molletta, designed by a well-known, respected Italian designer with many years of experience. Michele Pensato (a.k.a. Molletta), is distinguished by a new approach to the use of materials and experiments in the application of heat treatment and the use of advanced software in the design of knives.
M390 - head made from the highest quality modern powder steel with extremely high corrosion and abrasion resistance. High chrome vanadium steel with a hardness of 60-61 HRC. Manufactured in Austrian steelworks Böhler-Uddeholm.
Blade - extremely sharp with Drop Point profile, with marked belly, ideal for all works. Satin smooth Plain blade with high Flat Grind, high grind guarantees excellent cutting properties. The enlarged rim protects the hand from slipping on the blade.
Handle - convex grip facings of Italian walnut wood with a beautiful deep brown tone. Profiled and machined for improved ergonomics, they provide a secure grip. The unique ergonomics of the handle allows the knife to be held in both directions, especially for users who appreciate an inverted grip. Flat bolt helps to light a fire with a flint, in an emergency it can be used as a hammer or a glass breaker, additionally a lanyard hole, a hole for a rope.
Scabbard - extended, protecting the blade together with a part of the handle. Hand sewn, made of natural leather in brown colour with manufacturer's logo embossed. The edges of the holster are sewn with decorative double stitching. The holster is fastened with a Prym snap. Mounting to a belt or to the equipment enables carrying a knife in an upright position.
