Ten Silver Twill / G-10, Satin a unique folder addressed to the discerning consumer who expects the knife to always perform reliably, regardless of the passage of time and the degree of wear. Made with high quality precious materials by experienced craftsmen from Maniago, Italy.
Design by Fabrizio Silvestrelli fruit of cooperation with respected Italian knifemaker. His designs are characterized by rounded shapes of liners, bolsters and handles. Designed by Fabrizio Silvestrelli, the Viper Ten exudes Italian style and solid construction. Equipped with the newly developed Liner-Lock Evolution locking mechanism.
Liner-Lock Evolution - is basically a modified Frame-Lock. At the heart of the blade-lock mechanism is a special hybrid spring: a flexible element made of solid GR5 titanium, for maximum flexibility, for durability reinforced with a hardened steel insert (W 1.4116) to prevent abrasion of the lock face. Precise adjustment of the slide is enabled by a microfiber texture and three screws. Smooth operation of the mechanism is additionally supported by a system of thrust bearings.
N690Co - the blade is made of high carbon stainless steel with the addition of cobalt to achieve structural uniformity, subjected to vacuum and cryogenic heat treatment. Hardened in the range of 57-59 HRC. One of the best tool steels in the world today. Manufactured in Austrian steelworks Böhler-Uddeholm.
Blade - Drop Point type with clearly marked belly emphasizes satin finish of the wedge. Small thickness of blade in connection with high, flat grind gives us cutting properties almost on the level of a razor. Flipper fin makes it easy to open the blade with one hand. Fluted support: thumb ramp on back of blade (spine jimping) and (finger choil jimping), undercut for index finger make it easier to control the knife.
Handle - layered with durable G-10 laminated with Silver Twill, a fiberglass composite with a twill weave that looks like silver carbon fiber. Screwed to the backspacer made of solid GR2 titanium (anodized blue finish), which means practically indestructibility of such construction. The rounded shape of the facings and backspacer eliminates any sharp edges. The use of CNC machine tools in the cover production process guarantees the high quality of the manufactured elements. 3D technology enables precise cutting of complicated patterns and three-dimensional depressions in the handle. Folder is equipped with a right-side single-position deep carry clip, allowing you to carry the knife in tip-up position. Above the clip is a lanyard hole, a hole for a safety line.

This product is intended for use only by adults with knowledge and experience in handling sharp cutting tools. Improper use of the knife can result in serious injuries. The blade is extremely sharp and can easily cut through skin and tissue; therefore, extra caution should always be exercised while cutting, and hands should be kept away from the cutting edge. To prevent the knife from slipping, it is recommended to cut on a stable, non-slip surface and avoid excessive force, which may cause uncontrolled blade movement.
Leaving the knife on the edge of a table, countertop, or in easily accessible places—especially where children are present—poses a significant safety risk. The knife should always be properly secured after use, ideally by placing it on a stable surface or storing it in designated knife blocks, protective sheaths, or magnetic strips. The knife should never be used for tasks it is not designed for, such as opening cans or prying objects, as this can damage the tool and lead to dangerous accidents.
A dull blade increases the risk of injury, as it requires more force and is more likely to slip from the material being cut. Therefore, it is essential to sharpen the knife regularly to maintain optimal sharpness. Additionally, proper cleaning and drying of the knife are necessary to prevent corrosion and bacterial growth. Periodic inspection of the handle and blade is recommended to check for cracks, chips, or looseness. If any damage is detected, the knife should be repaired or replaced immediately.
When using the knife, focus solely on the task at hand—avoid talking on the phone, watching television, or other distractions while cutting. Ensure proper lighting in the workspace for better visibility and control. Please note that some countries or regions have laws restricting the ownership and carrying of knives. Before purchasing or using this knife, verify that its use is legal in your location according to applicable regulations.
Following these safety guidelines will help ensure safe and effective knife use, minimizing the risk of accidents and extending the lifespan of the tool.
