FOX Baby Core Carbon Fiber by Jesper Voxnæs (FX-608 CF)
- Fox Cutlery is one of the companies coming from the famous "knife basin" Maniago in Italy. In cooperation with the best knifemakers they create excellent knives with the best materials.
The Baby Core is a small everyday carry knife designed by Jesper Voxnaes and made from the finest materials. The modified drop point blade is made of Böhler M390 steel, one of the best tool steels in the world today. Opens with a flipper, so it can be easily used by left and right handed people. We can also use a hole in the blade. Ball bearings are responsible for smooth operation of the mechanism. Small thickness of blade in combination with full flat grind gives us cutting properties almost on the level of a razor. The blade was finished with satin method. The entire blade is locked with a proven and popular liner lock.
The handle is smooth black Carbon Fiber liners screwed to the carbon backspacer which means practical indestructibility of such construction. Deep carry clip, two-position (left/right) made in well known from Spyderco knives light form of formed wire (wireclip), allows to carry knife in tip-up position. Above the clip there is a lanyard hole for safety or decorative rope.
