Design by Fabrizio Silvestrelli fruit of cooperation with a respected Italian knifemaker. His designs are characterized by rounded shapes of liners, bolsters and handles. Designed by Fabrizio Silvestrelli knife exudes Italian style and solid construction.
N690Co - made of high carbon stainless steel with cobalt added for structural uniformity, vacuum and cryogenic heat treated. Hardened in the range of 58-59 HRC. One of the best tool steels in the world today. Manufactured in Austrian steelworks Böhler-Uddeholm.
Blade - wide Drop Point type blade with satin finish. Despite its thickness the full flat point grind provides excellent cutting properties combined with superb durability. Low descending guard protects fingers from slipping on the blade during work. Finger guards on the back of the blade.
Handle - profiled with finger indentations. Facings made of natural exotic wood Bocote attached directly to the blank. This is the simplest and safest construction which ensures practical indestructibility of a knife. Originating from South America, the precious Bocote wood, also known as Mexico Rosewood, Mexico Palisander, Cordia Elaegnoides is one of the hardest species, valued for its incredible texture. On the back of the handle lanyard hole, a hole for belaying or decorative cord.
Scabbard - extended, protecting the blade together with a part of the handle. Hand sewn, made of high quality natural leather in brown color with embossed manufacturer logo. The edge of the case was stitched with decorative thread. The case is fastened with a Prym-type clasp. The pouch is attached to the belt or to the equipment, allowing to carry the knife in vertical or horizontal position.
