AUS-10 steel - Japanese stainless steel, often compared to 440C series, and for good reason, as the compositions are similar, but these minor differences make AUS-10 harder (hardened usually around 60 HRC) and dulls more slowly, without losing rust resistance. Knives made of this steel are relatively cheap and will be a great choice if our budget is not too high and we care about stainless.

Blade - sheepsfoot type, finished with a scratch-masking Darkwashed method. The long, slender cutting edge converges towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the blade provides high strength while the high, flat grind guarantees excellent cutting properties. Ceramic ball bearings are responsible for the smooth and smooth operation of the blade advancement mechanism. The flipper flipper when opened forms a mini-guard, preventing the hand from slipping on the blade. We can also open the knife with the help of a hole milled in the wedge.
