AUS-10 - Japanese stainless steel, often compared to 440C series steel, and for good reason, as the compositions are similar, but these minor differences make AUS-10 harder (hardened usually to around 60 HRC) and dulls more slowly, without sacrificing rust resistance. Knives made of this steel are relatively cheap and will be a great choice if our budget is not too high and we care about stainless.

Blade - sheepsfoot type, finished with a scratch-masking and glare-preventing Blackwashed finish. Slightly curved cutting edge converges towards the safe tip of the wide blade. The thickness of the blade provides high strength while the high, flat grind guarantees excellent cutting properties. Ceramic ball bearings are responsible for the smooth and seamless operation of the mechanism and support the opening of the blade with a quick index-finger flipper (flipper) when opened acting as a stinger. On the back of the upper jimping wedge, a notched thumb rest. Liner-Lock mechanism.

Handle - green G10 (pressure-pressed fiberglass with synthetic resin) facings, textured to improve grip confidence, bolted to the knife's steel frame. The so-called open-backed design without the typical backspacer, fastened together with steel spacers for easy cleaning. The simple, sturdy construction gives assurance of many years of use. Pivot decorated with a stylized manufacturer's logo, next to it an anchor engraved in the handle referring to the name of the knife.
