N690Co - cobalt-rich 1.65% (Co) corrosion-resistant, high-carbon 1.07% (C), martensitic chromium steel 17.30% (Cr) with molybdenum 1.10% (Mo), vanadium 0.10% (V). Developed to provide better wear resistance compared to the original Böhler N690 steel, but with higher cobalt (Co) content in its composition. It features exceptionally high corrosion resistance and long edge retention. One of the best tool steels in the world today. Hardened in the 58-61 HRC range. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.

PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) - the resistance of the surface of the wedge and cutting edge is enhanced by a vacuum deposition method used to deposit thin films by condensing an evaporated form of the desired material onto the surface of the workpiece. The coating method involves a purely physical process such as high-temperature vacuum evaporation followed by condensation. The applied coating has a very high hardness which significantly increases the resistance of the blade to rust and abrasive wear.

Blade - Spear Point type with a clearly marked belly with a black finish masking scratches with PVD coating. The small thickness of the blade combined with a high, flat grind (Flat Grind) gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Teflon washers support the smooth operation of the blade's opening mechanism, which can be opened with a release button located on one of the Handle. On the back of the upper jimping wedge, a notched thumb rest. The whole is locked with a solid button lock.

Handle - in black. Made of textured aluminum, whose beveled edges of the covers eliminate sharp edges for comfort, and the fore finger groove made on the front improves grip security. Next to the opening button is a locking slider, allowing you to block the possibility of accidental opening. A single-position (right) deep-carry clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in your pocket in tip-up position (blade tip up).

Case - the knife is packed in a zippered soft nylon case. It is used for safe storage and transportation of the folder.
