D2 - high-carbon, high-chromium high-speed tool steel heat-treated to 58-60 HRC. With a high chromium content of 13.0% (Cr), it offers greater corrosion resistance than most high-carbon steels. Combines strength, excellent edge holding and easy sharpening. Features high wear resistance due to high carbide content in the microstructure.

Blade - drop point type finished in an elegant Satin method. The generous belly extends the length of the cutting edge in relation to the length of the blade converging towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The small thickness of the blade combined with a high flat grind (Flat Grind) gives excellent cutting properties combined with high durability. Ball bearing ceramic supports the smooth opening of the blade, which can be opened by means of a flipper flipper (index-finger flipper) that acts as a gut when opened. As a result, it can be easily used by both right- and left-handed people. To maintain full control of the blade, the back of the blade is covered with an upper jimping, notched thumb rest. The entire blade is locked with a solid liner lock.

ULTEM™ - a plastic belonging to the Polyethermoids family or simply PEI. This material is characterized primarily by high mechanical and impact strength with a very high strength-to-weight ratio. It is also characterized by high thermal resistance (180⁰C) and high chemical resistance to all kinds of solvents (synthetic and natural), lubricants or other chemicals. Adding to this total insensitivity to weather conditions, we get an ideal material for knife handles.

Handle - grips made of polished, transparent Ultem™ plastic, which were screwed to steel liners. The so-called open-backed design without the typical backspacer, attached to each other with steel spacer sleeves for easy cleaning. The simple, secure design gives assurance of many years of use. A deep-carry, single-position (right) clip allows the knife to be carried in tip-up position.

Case - included zippered soft nylon case with manufacturer's logo for safe storage and transportation of the folder.
