Jelly Jerry is a 22-year-old knife designer from Vietnam. He created his first designs in 2017, at the age of 16. Jerry's designs are intended to be fun, but also very functional and durable. He believes that every design should be ergonomic and aesthetically and functionally pleasing, as well as being functional as a tool. The main rule is that you should not sacrifice the knife's functionality for the design alone!
CPM S35VN – American martensitic high-alloy stainless steel with a hardness of 59-61 HRC, one of the best steels for blade production. Designed to provide better strength compared to CPM S30V, while maintaining corrosion resistance at the highest level. Manufactured by US Crucible Industries using Crucible® Particle Metallurgy (CPM). The CPM process produces a very homogeneous, high-quality steel with excellent dimensional stability, grindability and toughness compared to steels produced by conventional methods. The chemical composition is balanced to consist of 0.5% niobium (Nb) carbides together with 3.0% vanadium (V) and 14.0% chromium (Cr) carbides. Replacing some of the niobium carbides with vanadium carbides makes the steel about 15-20% harder than S30V without compromising wear resistance, and it is also easier to machine and polish. The improved toughness of CPM S35VN also provides better resistance to edge chipping.
Vacuum & Cryogenic - the steel undergoes a specialized heat treatment process involving two key stages. Vacuum Heat Treatment the steel is hardened in a vacuum environment, which minimizes oxidation and ensures more uniform metal properties. This process increases the strength and structural integrity of the steel. Cryogenic Treatment: After heating, the steel is rapidly cooled to extremely low temperatures, often below -100°C (-148°F). This transformation converts residual austenite into martensite, significantly increasing hardness, wear resistance and overall durability. Thanks to these advanced processes, the steel ensures exceptional performance, offering both razor-sharp edge retention and extraordinary blade durability.
Blade - Straight Back type, with a wide blade covered with a black protective coating. The long cutting edge in relation to the length of the blade converges towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the blade ensures high durability, while the high, flat grind gives the cutting edge perfect geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ceramic ball bearings ensure that the knife opens smoothly and easily. The hole in the blade allows for quick and easy opening for right- and left-handed users. The knife can also be opened using the flipper fin, which forms a mini-guard to prevent the hand from slipping onto the blade. On the back of the blade, there is an upper jimping, a corrugated support for the thumb. A small choil facilitates sharpening. The whole is locked with a proven and popular frame lock with a steel inlay that protects the lock face from wearing off.
Handle - two pieces of solid titanium 6AL4V with a slightly rough texture. The beveled edges of the covers eliminate sharp edges for comfort and improve grip. The massive titanium backspacer to which the grips are attached guarantees the rigidity and durability of the entire construction. The simple, solid design guarantees many years of use. A deep forefinger groove improves grip. The pivot axis is adorned with a stylized Kubey Knife logo. The single-position (right) titanium deep carry clip allows the knife to be carried discreetly in the pocket in a tip-up position (with the tip of the blade up).

Przeczytaj!
This product is intended for use only by adults with knowledge and experience in handling sharp cutting tools. Improper use of the knife can result in serious injuries. The blade is extremely sharp and can easily cut through skin and tissue; therefore, extra caution should always be exercised while cutting, and hands should be kept away from the cutting edge. To prevent the knife from slipping, it is recommended to cut on a stable, non-slip surface and avoid excessive force, which may cause uncontrolled blade movement.
Leaving the knife on the edge of a table, countertop, or in easily accessible places—especially where children are present—poses a significant safety risk. The knife should always be properly secured after use, ideally by placing it on a stable surface or storing it in designated knife blocks, protective sheaths, or magnetic strips. The knife should never be used for tasks it is not designed for, such as opening cans or prying objects, as this can damage the tool and lead to dangerous accidents.
A dull blade increases the risk of injury, as it requires more force and is more likely to slip from the material being cut. Therefore, it is essential to sharpen the knife regularly to maintain optimal sharpness. Additionally, proper cleaning and drying of the knife are necessary to prevent corrosion and bacterial growth. Periodic inspection of the handle and blade is recommended to check for cracks, chips, or looseness. If any damage is detected, the knife should be repaired or replaced immediately.
When using the knife, focus solely on the task at hand—avoid talking on the phone, watching television, or other distractions while cutting. Ensure proper lighting in the workspace for better visibility and control. Please note that some countries or regions have laws restricting the ownership and carrying of knives. Before purchasing or using this knife, verify that its use is legal in your location according to applicable regulations.
Following these safety guidelines will help ensure safe and effective knife use, minimizing the risk of accidents and extending the lifespan of the tool.
