Sleipner - a versatile high-alloy chrome-molybdenum-vanadium tool steel with high wear and chipping resistance with a balanced alloy composition: chromium content of 7.8% (Cr), 0.9% carbon (C), molybdenum 2.5% (Mo) and vanadium 0.5% (V). It achieves a high hardness of 60-62 HRC. Manufactured at Uddeholm steel plant .

Blade - Dagger type, sharpened on one side, finished with a scratch-masking bath of fine Stonewashed pebbles. The light belly extends the length of the cutting edge relative to the length of the blade converging toward the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The light thickness combined with the high flat grind (Flat Grind) gives excellent cutting properties and the long grain with a hole increases the strength of the blade. Ball bearings support the smooth operation of the blade's opening mechanism, which can be opened with a quick flipper flipper (index-finger flipper). When opened, the flipper forms a mini-guard to prevent your hand from slipping on the blade. On the other side we also have a guard, and on both are fluorescent dots made of Swiss Superluminova material to make it easier to find the knife in the dark. The whole thing is locked with the proven and popular liner lock.

Handle - is two pieces of aluminum, beautifully milled to improve grip. The open-backeddesign, fixedwith steel spacer sleeves, reduces weight and facilitates cleaning. The simple, secure design gives you the assurance of many years of use. Two-position left/right wire clip deep carry allows you to carry the knife in tip-up position (tip up).
