The Para 3 Lightweight Sprint Run Brown FRN, Stonewashed is a unique combination of technological precision and functional elegance. A limited-edition design by Sal and Eric Glesser, it is synonymous with the ultimate in everyday tools. The compact form makes the knife perfectly suited to the needs of those who value practicality and reliability. Blade, made of advanced CPM 15V steel, is characterized by extraordinary resistance to abrasion, ensuring long-lasting sharpness even with intensive use. The lightweight FRN (Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon) composite Handle offers impressive durability while maintaining minimal weight. The non-slip texture and ergonomic profile guarantee a secure grip in all conditions. The knife is equipped with a reliable Compression Lock mechanism, which increases safety during use. The exclusive brown shade of the grips emphasizes the unique character of this edition, and the compact size makes it an ideal choice for everyday carry.

CPM 15V - the most vanadium-containing 14.50% (V), wear-resistant stainless tool steel with 5.25% chromium (Cr), 3.40% carbon (C) and 1.30% molybdenum (Mo). Its high vanadium content (it contains 50% more hard vanadium carbides in its microstructure than CPM 10V) promotes the formation of hard vanadium carbides for strength and exceptional wear resistance, and increases corrosion resistance. This unique steel is designed for the production of high-grade blades requiring exceptional toughness and knife wedges where longer life is desired. Produced by US Crucible Industries using the particle metallurgy / Crucible® Particle Metallurgy (CPM) method. The CPM process creates a very homogeneous, high-quality steel with excellent dimensional stability, grindability and toughness compared to steels produced by conventional methods.

Compression-Lock - (similar to Liner-Lock) Spyderco 's (made in USA) patented blade locking mechanism. Extremely durable, it provides extreme strength and ease of use. Located on the back of the Handle, it protects the knife from inadvertent locking. When releasing the lock, the fingers are not in the path of the folding Blade.

Blade - with a modified Clip Point profile, finished masking the minor scratches caused during use with the Stonewashed method. Plain blade was brought out with Full Flat Grind, increasing cutting properties and reducing the weight of the knife. Enlarged 14mm round SpyderHole cutout (Spyderco patent) for opening the knife, even with a glove. Notched thumb rest, ramp (spine jimping) and (finger choil jimping), notched index finger rest between the Handle and cutting edge make the knife easier to work with.

Handle - non-slip,bi-directional textured covers (Bi-Directional Texturing) strengthen the grip even with wet hands. Made of FRN (Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon), a fiberglass-reinforced nylon plastic. The ultra-lightweight design of the Handle grips and the open-backed construction, so called, reduce the weight by almost 30 percent compared to a folder with a G-10 handle. The wire-made, screw-on clip (left/right) allows you to carry the knife in tip-down position (tip down). In the back of the lanyard hole, an enlarged hole for a cord.
