AUS-10 - Japanese stainless steel, often compared to 440C series steel and for good reason, because the compositions are similar, but these slight differences make AUS-10 harder (hardened usually around 60 HRC) and dulls more slowly, without losing its resistance to rust. Knives made of this steel are relatively cheap and will be a great choice if your budget is not too high and you want the knife to be rust-proof.

Blade - Clip Point type, finished with a Stonewashed method to mask small scratches caused during use, and then coated with a black coating. The long cutting edge with a prominent belly converges towards the needle-sharp tip of the wide blade. The thickness of the blade ensures high durability, while the high, flat grind gives the cutting edge perfect geometry and extreme cutting performance.
