Combat Troodon OTF Line - Troodon means “tooth harmer” in Greek. Although this name was first given to a dinosaur similar to a raptor, it is equally suitable for the large OTF knife from Microtech, which was designed for all-purpose use and close combat. This automatic knife with above-average durability and D/A (Double Action) mode is a favorite OTF among law enforcement officers, the US armed forces, and emergency service personnel. Its robust design makes the Combat Troodon® suitable for intensive use, and the advantages of the Out The Front automatic mechanism also make it an excellent knife for everyday use.

Signature Series - an elite Microtech product line designed for buyers who are looking for more exclusive accents in relation to the beloved production models from the Core series (logo with claws on the knife). The production of knives from the Signature series often involves the use of the highest quality materials and finishes. The line also includes themed knives such as Bounty Hunter, Memento Mori and Molon Labe. A characteristic feature is the dagger logo on the handle and Anthony Marfione's signature on the clip.

M390MK - thanks to the cooperation of Microtech and Böhler engineers, an exclusive version of M390 steel was created, made only for Microtech. The carbon content has been increased and subjected to more thorough control, improving the properties of M390 steel to ensure better edge retention, corrosion resistance and polishing. A martensitic high-performance chromium steel produced using powder metallurgy. Due to the alloy concept, it is characterized by extremely high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Due to its high wear resistance, it keeps its edge well, which means that the blade stays sharp for a very long time (minimal maintenance required). Another advantage is that it is resistant to “wire” formation during sharpening. Steel with a high chromium content of 19.0% (Cr) with an admixture of 1.95% carbon (C), 4.0% vanadium (V), hardened to 59-61 HRC. This super steel is comparable to Carpenter's CPM 20CV or CTS-204P steels. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.

Blade - machine-ground, single-sided Interceptor-type sharpening with characteristic “teeth on the spine and false blade, with an impressive Two Tone finish, the grinds are covered with a black coating, the rest of the blade is satin-finished. The blade has a high flat grind, which ensures excellent cutting properties. Thanks to this and the wide grain, the knife has excellent piercing properties while maintaining high strength. The strong blade extension / retraction mechanism with a knurled thumb slide requires a certain amount of force to overcome the spring resistance for safety reasons. The opening method ensures trouble-free opening for both right- and left-handed people.

Handle - made with high precision in 3D technology on CNC milling machines from 6061-T6 aluminum. The texture of the handle and the deep jimping on it prevent the knife from slipping in the hand during use. The slim profile and milled two-position (right/left) solid deep carry clip allow the knife to be carried discreetly in the pocket in a tip-down position. Equipped with a smooth rollerball, thanks to which the knife easily slides into the pocket without damaging the edges of the pocket. The clip features Anthony Marfione's signature and date of manufacture. The handle is finished with a window breaker, a tungsten carbide ball.
