Herbertz CJH Karambit Knife Skulls ABS, Black 420 (ART000137)
- Herbertz CJH Karambit Skulls ABS, Black 420 - a folding karambit knife with a curved Blade coated in black and a distinctive Handle with 3D skulls motif. 420 steel, tactical styling and full functionality in EDC format.
Herbertz CJH Karambit Skulls ABS, Black 420 is for users who expect more than classic functionality - it combines tactical-inspired geometry with distinctive design and everyday utility. The curved Blade, wide ring Handle and distinctive print create a design with a clear combat character, but adapted to civilian use. Made of 420 stainless steel, the blade is coated with a black coating, increasing surface durability and reducing reflections. The curved profile of the blade allows dynamic and effective cuts in a pulling motion - especially in short-range work. Thanks to the flipper mechanism, the knife is opened quickly and intuitively with one hand. Handle is made of durable ABS plastic, and its 3D printing in the form of skulls with fluorescent eyes is an element with a strong visual effect. Finger molding enhances ergonomics, and a tactical ring at the end of the Handle promotes grip confidence and allows you to operate the knife in different positions. This is a tool that combines distinctive style, utility efficiency and collector value.
CJH - a sub-brand of company C.Jul. Herbertz GmbH a legend in the world of knives with an excellent reputation. The name refers to the company's founder. Carl Julius Herbertz founded the company in 1868 in the city of Solingen, which has been the center of German knife and cutting tool manufacturing since the Middle Ages.
420 martensitic stainless steel rich in 0.15% carbon, containing min. 12% chromium, which offers high hardenability in the 54-56 HRC range as well as strength, toughness, machinability and excellent corrosion resistance. The high carbon content produces chromium carbide compounds for wear resistance and edge retention after hardening. Due to its high hardness, the steel is suitable for manufacturing cutting tools, knife blades and medical instruments.
Blade - with a carambit profile is made of 420 stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to sharpen. The curved geometry allows for efficient pull cuts, and the black coating further strengthens the working surface and emphasizes the tactical nature of the knife. Relief holes reduce blade weight, improve balance and introduce an aesthetically pleasing visual rhythm. The protruding flipper allows for quick, one-sided opening.
Handle - made of ABS plastic was profiled for a secure, stable grip - deep milling and ergonomic curves to fit the hand were used. Decorative print of skulls with fluorescent green eyes gives the knife a dark, personal touch. The final tactical ring allows the use of a reverse grip and secures the tool in dynamic movements. The whole is a successful combination of combat styling and practical EDC format.

Przeczytaj!
This product is intended for use only by adults with knowledge and experience in handling sharp cutting tools. Improper use of the knife can result in serious injuries. The blade is extremely sharp and can easily cut through skin and tissue; therefore, extra caution should always be exercised while cutting, and hands should be kept away from the cutting edge. To prevent the knife from slipping, it is recommended to cut on a stable, non-slip surface and avoid excessive force, which may cause uncontrolled blade movement.
Leaving the knife on the edge of a table, countertop, or in easily accessible places—especially where children are present—poses a significant safety risk. The knife should always be properly secured after use, ideally by placing it on a stable surface or storing it in designated knife blocks, protective sheaths, or magnetic strips. The knife should never be used for tasks it is not designed for, such as opening cans or prying objects, as this can damage the tool and lead to dangerous accidents.
A dull blade increases the risk of injury, as it requires more force and is more likely to slip from the material being cut. Therefore, it is essential to sharpen the knife regularly to maintain optimal sharpness. Additionally, proper cleaning and drying of the knife are necessary to prevent corrosion and bacterial growth. Periodic inspection of the handle and blade is recommended to check for cracks, chips, or looseness. If any damage is detected, the knife should be repaired or replaced immediately.
When using the knife, focus solely on the task at hand—avoid talking on the phone, watching television, or other distractions while cutting. Ensure proper lighting in the workspace for better visibility and control. Please note that some countries or regions have laws restricting the ownership and carrying of knives. Before purchasing or using this knife, verify that its use is legal in your location according to applicable regulations.
Following these safety guidelines will help ensure safe and effective knife use, minimizing the risk of accidents and extending the lifespan of the tool.
