W 1.4116, X50CrMoV15 - molybdenum-vanadium steel used for high-end knives, cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high hardness, as for stainless steels. Resistant to corrosion under kitchen conditions. It is a recommendable alternative to 1.4034 / X46Cr13 / 4H13 material. The chemical composition is enriched with Chromium content, Molybdenum and Vanadium addition.
Regular maintenance of W 1.4116, X50CrMoV15 stainless steel prevents the formation of deposits and maintains its shine. It also facilitates the removal of spots and tarnish. Cleaning should be done before there is a visible layer of dirt or fingerprints, so the danger of permanent discoloration of the steel surface is minimized. For cleaning, do not use agents that contain: chlorine, salt, acids and bleach.
Blade - with a thickness of 2.5 mm. Serrated blade of Serrated type was derived with Full Flat grind. The saw blade consists of alternating one large and three small teeth, the so-called three-step. This pattern increases the length of the cutting edge by up to 24% compared to a straight blade. Robust Back-Lock. Opened with a milled notch in the blade (Nail Nick).

Handle - red in color.
