The straight cutting edge allows the use of many cutting techniques and the wide, rectangular blade makes it easy to handle cut products. Made in Japan.
Blade - made of low carbon 420J2 stainless steel.
Handle - made of natural unpainted Japanese oak. The ring attached to the handle prevents the blade from slipping out.
The knife is packed in a cardboard gift box.
