D2 - a high-carbon, high-chromium high-speed tool steel heat-treated to 59-61 HRC. With a high chromium content of 13.0% (Cr), it offers greater corrosion resistance than most high-carbon steels. Combines strength, excellent edge holding and easy sharpening. Features high wear resistance due to high carbide content in the microstructure.

Blade - with a modern Tanto profile, with a reinforced tip. Finished with a scratch-concealing Sandblasted method, a process in which fine sand particles are ejected under pressure onto the blade to give a stylish and practical look. The long cutting edge in relation to the length of the blade converges with a geometric belly towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the wedge ensures high strength while the flat full Chisel grind guarantees incredible durability of the blade. Ceramic ball bearings are responsible for the smooth and smooth operation of the blade advancement mechanism. The flipper fin, when opened, forms a mini-guard preventing the hand from slipping on the blade. On the back of the upper jimping wedge, a notched thumb rest.
