MAM Fabrica de Cutelarias Filmam, one of the oldest knife and cutlery manufacturers in the world. A Portuguese family business, founded by the great-grandparents of the current owners, with foundations dating back to 1870. Today, the fifth generation is already running this family business. MAM is an acronym for the first and last name of the company's founder: Manuel Antonio Martins.

The company is the official supplier of knives to, among others, the Portuguese Naval School.

All knives are sharpened by hand. The handle facings are impregnated four times, which makes them resistant to moisture and water, both fresh and salt. During the production of each pocket knife 55 operations are performed. 100% made in Portugal. Today, the company's products are sold in more than 50 countries around the world.

MAM Filmam guarantees the highest quality products and provides a 10 year manufacturer's warranty on all its products. This includes repair or replacement of the damaged knife with a new product (does not include intentional damage and misuse).
